EXODUS, by combining more than 10 years of expertise in Loan Origination with the best of bread, state-of-the-art BPM platform, created a unique solution which combines APPIAN's world class BPM Suite with a vertical application for loan origination to cover the need for product application procedure automation and document management of the Co-operative Banks in Greece
The system aims at effectively optimizing the banking products' application procedure. Moreover, the most important goals of the project concern the minimization of the relative functional costs, the uniformity of process and workflow for the entire network of co-operative banks as well as the improvement of internal information flow in an environment of absolute safety.
