EXODUS provides its customers with technical support. Clients with queries or problems relating to any of the company's products, applications, and solutions can contact the Customer Support Department in one of three ways:
- By phone: the Call Center (tel. +30 210-7450315) is open during office hours (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)
- By completing the Contact Form
- By e-mail: a written application with contact and request details should be sent to support@exodussa.com
The Customer Support Department is responsible for dealing with client requests and coordinating efforts to find rapid solutions to their problems.
